Smart Plan Construction is a Somerset West-based construction and project management firm. We specialise in new builds and full-scope renovations across the Helderberg basin — from Strand and Gordon's Bay to Stellenbosch.
Our story
We started Smart Plan Construction because we kept seeing the same problem: homeowners signing turnkey contracts they couldn't fully read, and discovering surprises mid-build. Our answer was simple — separate management from labour, run every trade through an open tender, and give the client a single point of accountability.
More than a decade later, we've delivered homes across the Helderberg with that same philosophy: build smarter.
